'cuz - shortened casual pronunciation of 'because'. Don't write it or use it in formal situations.
cussing - (to cuss) to say rude/impolite/ bad words to another person.
saint - very good, kind person.
sinner - a person who sins. A person who does bad things.
Expressions
packing plastic - packing hear means 'carrying or 'have'' and plastic is sometimes slang for 'credit card': she has a credit card.
weapon of massive consumption - When America invaded Iraq in 2003 they were looking for 'weapons of mass destruction', Lily Allen is playing with this phrase by saying she is a 'weapon of massive consumption'. Here it means she is a person who loves to consume (buy things).
I'll look at the sun and I'll look in the mirror - In Britain "The Sun' and 'The Mirror' are the names of the biggest selling daily tabloid newspapers. They feature lots of celebrity news and gossip; they often report on Lily Allen.
onto a winner - to be likely to succeed, usually because what you are doing is very popular.
